DR Cyril Mugove Siringwani
DR Cyril Mugove Siringwani is the Managing Director of Autarchy Enterprise and Economic Solutions (Pvt) Ltd.
Dr Cyril was in July 2022 awarded with a Professional Doctorate Certificate in Global Leadership and Management by the European International University, and an International Leadership Award from the Fame Times International Excellence Awards also in Global Leadership and Management.
In November 2023 he was also awarded with an Honorary Causa Doctorate in Community Outreaches by the Adullam Bible Institute.
He holds a first class Degree in Applied Sciences, and a Masters in Biotechnology. As an ISO Systems practitioner, he is a Lead Auditor in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems; and an expert is ISO 17020, ISO 17021 and ISO 17025 systems. Cyril is a seasoned trainer and developer of training materials. He is a renowned international expert in formulating National Standardization Strategies.
Cyril was certified by the Morocco NDT Certification Body in the Engineering practice of Non-Destructive testing in four techniques to Level 2. He is also a SADC expert trainer in Regulatory Impact Assessment and Practice.
Cyril successfully chaired the Trade Measures Board (under the Ministry of Industry and Commerce) for two terms of total six years up to 2019. Cyril Siringwani is a Senior Pastor and Founder of Home of Salvation Ministries (a rural based ministry). He holds a Diploma in Ministry from Team Impact University, and has authored five books for positively transforming livelihoods and nations.
Mrs Anna Maria Siringwani
She is the Finance and Administration Director of AEES. She is also a Trustee with the Christian Education Trust (CET), which provides specialised education in Zimbabwe, Mozambique and Malawi. Mrs Siringwani has over 10 years’ experience with the Christian Education system.
Anna Maria holds a BSc Degree in Management & Entrepreneurial Development Studies specialising in Banking and Finance, National Certificate in Electric Power Engineering, Empretec Graduate, City and Guilds Quality Assurance and ISO 9001 QMS Systems Development and Auditing. She is a Senior Pastor with Home of Salvation Ministries
